Front Office Risk｜グローバル金融市場のリスク管理を支える
Front Office Risk チームの一員として、グローバル市場の取引デスクのリスク監視・分析に携わる。トレーダーのストップロス監視、日中リスク管理、規制関連プロジェクト（FRTB等）に関わる多様な業務を担当。Pythonを用いた日次リスクレポートの開発・保守を通じて、取引ポジションとリスク動向を監視する。金融市場への深い理解が求められる一方で、技術的スキルも活かせるジェネラリスト職。

| 仕事内容 |
Job/Group Overview: The Front Office risk team monitors and communicates the risk taking of the organization's trading desks to trading management. In addition it is involved in a number of different functions and projects like trader stop-loss monitoring, intraday risk as well as regulatory related projects like FRTB etc. Responsibilities: Understand the risk taking of Global Markets trading desks and be able to communicate it in a clear and concise way. Monitor Stop/Loss breaches for traders on the Japan side and ensure transparency and escalation of any breaches. Follow the overall market and do market summaries for weekly risk call. Maintain and develop daily risk reports (in Python) to monitor trading positions and risk trends, both for Japan and Global risk taking. It is a generalist role and requires the ability to multitask, while at the same time have the ability to be very technical and detailed when necessary. |
