【Finance COO Office】Data FDDO / Japan BDC
データガバナンスのスペシャリスト｜金融規制対応とデータ戦略を推進する
データガバナンスとデジタル変革を推進する重要プロジェクトに携わり、BCBS 239原則に基づくフレームワーク構築を主導。Executive Director/Vice Presidentレベルでの経営層との関わりと、JFSA等規制当局との対話機会があります。

| 仕事内容 |
- Japan based Senior Manager/Vice President leading the Finance division's alignment to Data Management Frameworks under BCBS 239 principles for the holding entity (standards on data governance, quality, infrastructure and reporting) - Represent Finance in various leadership/accounting executive forums, chair important bi-monthly/monthly working groups with leads/seniors of Chief Data Office, Risk, Operations, regional Business Data Coordinators - Engage with regulatory authorities for External/Regulatory Audits pertaining to data governance and data quality ー questionnaires, External Fire drills etc. - Lead Global/regional BDC functions in Data Quality Issues resolution raised by line functions (Treasury, Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting etc.) - Interact with Key Senior Management Matrices owners to establish Critical Data Attribute driven Key Data Element framework, part of Enterprise Data Model project - Work with Finance Subject Matter Experts & regional/Global Business Data Coordinators to support data artefacts documentation e.g. Data Service Level Agreement - Curate, review and update necessary policies, procedures and documents to demonstrate compliance and highlight gaps if identified. - Support Finance Business Data Officer in regular Internal or External Audit resolution discussion in Japanese - Understand data challenges and propose/implement strategic solutions thereby strengthen Data Stewardship model for Finance Stewarded data - Provide Subject Matter Expert and/or Project Management support in Finance Data & Digital Office/Chief Operating Officer projects including Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI/Agentic AI) |

| 応募資格 |
・BDO（Business Data Officer）またはCDO（Chief Data Officer）の職務経験が複数年 ・データ管理フレームワークの構築またはそれに相当するガバナンス体制の構築経験 ・エンタープライズデータモデル、構造、統制およびガバナンスフレームワークの知識 ・日本の会計基準および監査基準、ベストプラクティスの理解 ・シニアステークホルダーおよび経営幹部に対して、アイデアを簡潔かつ明確に伝えるコミュニケーション能力 ・Executive Director またはVice President レベルでの職務経験 ・日本語流暢 ・英語能力 ・Excel および PowerPoint の高度なスキル ・プロジェクト管理の基本的な理解 |
