Department Introduction and Overview: The Group Compliance Department ("GCD") serves as the compliance department of the organization, responsible for supervising and enhancing the compliance risk management framework of domestic and overseas group companies. In addition, GCD engages in various planning, strategy formulation, and promotion related to compliance operations. Responsibility and Duties: The candidate will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks: - Project Management: Planning and promoting various projects (VP to ED) - Compliance Risk Management: Conducting compliance risk management tasks (risk assessment, analysis, testing, etc.), building infrastructure related to compliance risk management, etc. (AS to ED) - Planning: Supporting departmental operations, preparing and reporting materials for management and various committees, budget formulation and management, etc. (AS to VP) |
