| 仕事内容 |
Job Overview： The Chief Data Office serves as the organization's second line of defence, providing comprehensive governance and control across Data, Cloud, and AI. Operating globally across multiple locations including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and New York, the organization delivers Governance & Standards, Common Data Store & Data Culture to mitigate data, cloud and AI risk. Target outcomes are to enable efficient, data-driven regulatory compliance, reduce data risk, and improve data usability for analytics and AI. The Data Governance Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's data governance framework. Sitting within the Chief Data Office, this role will ensure that data is managed as a strategic asset and that governance practices support regulatory compliance, risk management, operational effectiveness, and business value creation. The role will lead governance initiatives spanning data quality, data ownership, metadata management, data lineage, data controls, framework adoption, and data-related accountability across business and technology teams. The successful candidate will partner across risk, finance, operations, technology, compliance, regulatory reporting teams and business stakeholders to embed effective and sustainable data governance practices aligned with the organization's strategic priorities and regulatory obligations. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong experience in banking data governance, regulatory expectations, and enterprise change delivery. Responsibilities： - Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing adoption of the organization's data governance framework in alignment with BCBS 239 and regulatory reporting expectations. - Establish and maintain data policies, standards, guidelines, controls, and management reporting. - Drive data ownership, stewardship, and accountability for critical data across business domains. - Oversee data quality management, issue remediation, and data control effectiveness. - Partner with business and technology teams to improve metadata, lineage, classification, data quality and critical data management. - Lead governance forums, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization of data-related risks and actions. - Support audit, regulatory, and risk review activities by providing evidence of governance execution, controls, and remediation progress. - Provide senior leadership updates on governance maturity, key risks, and remediation progress. - Promote a data-driven culture and improve awareness, accountability, and adoption of data management best practices. |

・財務、ビジネス、データ、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号 ・銀行または規制対象の金融サービスにおけるデータ・ガバナンス、データ管理、データ品質、または関連するデータ統制業務における豊富な実務経験 ・BCBS 239、リスクデータ集計および報告、ならびに規制報告に関する統制についての深い知識 ・データ・オーナーシップ、スチュワードシップ、ポリシー、標準、統制を含むデータ・ガバナンス・フレームワークおよびオペレーティング・モデルの導入・運用経験 ・データ品質課題、是正プログラム、および上級ステークホルダー向けのガバナンス報告の管理経験 ・データ・リネージ、メタデータ、重要データ要素、ならびに統制フレームワークに関する十分な理解 ・複雑なマトリクス型組織において、ビジネス部門およびテクノロジー部門を横断して業務を推進した経験 ・優れたステークホルダー・マネジメント、コミュニケーション、ならびに影響力 ・規制要件および統制要件を、実務的なガバナンス・プロセスへ落とし込む能力 |
