Company Overview： A global financial services group with an integrated network spanning approximately 30 countries and regions. By connecting markets East and West, the organization serves individuals, institutions, corporates, and governments through three business divisions: Wealth Management, Investment Management, and Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking). Founded in 1925, the firm is built on disciplined entrepreneurship. Department Overview： International Change, within the Chief Transformation Office (CTO), drives strategic transformation across the organization's Wholesale Business and Corporate Functions through excellence in project execution, investment governance, and collaboration between International and Japan operations. Role Purpose： The Global Head of Finance Transformation and Tokyo Transformation Lead drives the strategic transformation agenda across the organization's global Finance function. The role manages the Finance change portfolio, ensures effective delivery of Finance sponsored investments, strengthens organizational capability, modernizes Finance operating models, and drives measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will partner with senior Finance leadership globally while serving as the most senior International Change leader based in Tokyo. Key Responsibilities: ・Lead delivery of mission critical Finance transformation initiatives globally ・Define and execute multi-year Finance transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy ・Manage and optimize the global Finance change portfolio of investments and initiatives ・Chair the Finance Investment Spend Committee and ensure effective investment governance ・Partner with the Head of Transformation Strategy to translate Finance strategic priorities into coherent transformation roadmap ・Champion adoption of AI, automation, data, and advanced analytics capabilities across Finance ・Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Finance leadership globally ・Serve as senior International Change leader in Tokyo, strengthening executive relationships ・Build leadership capability and talent development plans across the Tokyo-based International Change population ・Drive consistency of execution standards and governance practices across regions |
