| 仕事内容 |
Department Overview： The Planning Department provides business management and strategic oversight for the Global Markets business, helping shape and execute the strategy while driving product development, platform strategy, and operational excellence. Execution Services provides execution solution for clients globally. Role Purpose： Lead strategic development and operational execution of Execution Services Japan, driving operational efficiency, business growth, and global/regional collaboration while ensuring regulatory compliance. Strategic Partnership & Business Development： ・Partner with Execution Services' regional and global heads to define and execute regional strategy ・Identify cost savings, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies ・Drive competitive analysis and business expansion initiatives Product & Platform Leadership： ・Partner with IT, Operations, Compliance teams ・Coordinate platform globalization Business Management & Control： ・Manage budgeting, financial planning, and day-to-day cost approvals ・Oversee audit coordination, RCSA processes, regulatory queries, and examination preparation ・Identify operational issues, strengthen desk procedures, and drive strategic change to reduce operational risk Operational Excellence & Coordination： ・Lead cross-functional project delivery and establish operational KPIs Stakeholder Management： ・Primary liaison between Execution Services leadership ・Ensure alignment with global strategy while managing cross-functional relationships |

・Execution Services（実行サービス）に関する深い知識（クライアント環境、実行システムおよびアルゴリズム、日本の規制環境を含む） ・予算編成、監査管理、RCSA、および規制当局との対応における実績のあるビジネス管理経験 ・投資銀行における上級オペレーション職の経歴と強いステークホルダー管理スキル ・リスク枠組み、プロセス最適化、およびクロスファンクショナル調整における経験 ・プラットフォームアーキテクチャに関するテクノロジーチームとの協働能力 |
| 活かせるスキル・経験 |
・10年以上の金融市場経験 ・英語と日本語の流暢さ ・実行サービスの直接経験（セールストレーディング、セールス、IT、オペレーション） ・複数国および複数タイムゾーンにおけるクロスカルチャルリーダーシップ ・配信と戦略的ビジョンのバランスを取る強い分析能力 |
