Job Overview: A global financial services group with an integrated global network spanning over 30 countries operates a diverse IT environment with employees of over 25 nationalities, who work on technical support, application development and implementation of system changes for retail wealth management and global wholesale businesses (global markets and investment banking). The organization is currently undergoing a substantial modernisation programme across its identity and access management platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Identity Engineering function as a team contributor, driving the engineering of the next-generation cloud platforms from an identity and access management perspective to support deployments across AWS and Azure. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the technical team of engineers to design, implement and operationalise new and existing systems to support Application and Infrastructure access management across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments. - As a team contributor, support all aspects concerning engineering of Access management for services in the Cloud (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS). - Participate in continuous improvement for the platform, by collaborating with operational colleagues to improve platform stability, reduce operational toil, and improve observability. - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architectural designs and runbooks. |

・クラウド環境（AWS、Azure）でのアイデンティティおよびアクセス管理の設計、実装、運用に関する実務経験 ・ハイブリッドクラウド環境でのアイデンティティおよびアクセス管理システムの設計・デプロイ経験 ・IGA、ISPM、AAG、CPAMとしてのアイデンティティおよびアクセス管理の設計・デプロイ経験 ・IaaS、PaaS、SaaSにおけるアイデンティティおよびアクセス管理の統制経験 ・Microsoft Azure Identityスタック（Entraなど）を使用したインフラストラクチャおよびアプリケーションアクセス管理のデプロイ・運用経験 ・モダンプラットフォームエンジニアリングツールチェーン（Gitlab/GitHub、Terraform、Ansibleなど）の実務経験 ・テスト駆動開発、継続的インテグレーション、継続的デリバリー、DevOps、Infrastructure as Codeなどのモダンエンジニアリング技法の実務経験 ・Scrum等のアジャイル環境での就業経験 ・金融サービス業界でのIAMソリューション設計・実装経験 ・コンピュータサイエンスまたは同等の学位 ・英語による高度な読み書き・会話スキル ・最小限の監督下での業務遂行能力および複数タスクの同時処理能力 ・急速に変化する技術環境での学習・適応能力 ・優れた自己管理およびタスク優先順位付けスキル ・優れた対人スキルおよびチームワーク能力 ・ビジネスコンテキストと要件の理解、および技術的ソリューションの協働開発・提案能力 |
